AllTheStreet INC ("AllTheStreet," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services, websites, and applications, including our integrations with third-party AI assistants (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

(a) Information You Provide to Us

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to:

Name, email address, and contact details
Account registration information
Content you submit, upload, or share through the Service
Communications with us

(b) Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Device information (IP address, device type, operating system)
Usage data and interaction logs
Approximate location data derived from IP address
Cookies and similar tracking technologies

(c) Information We Receive Through AI Assistant Integrations

When you use the Service through a third-party AI assistant (for example, the AllTheStreet plugin in ChatGPT), the assistant sends us only the details needed to answer your request, such as an area or neighborhood name, a category, a keyword, a place name, or a video link, together with technical request data (IP address, user agent, and time of the request). We record these details with the request log for up to 30 days (see Section 5).

We do not receive your name, account details, conversation history, or precise location through these integrations, and we do not ask for them. Information collected by the AI assistant provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Service
Respond to requests you make through AI assistant integrations
Personalize content and recommendations
Communicate with you, including service-related notices
Monitor and analyze usage and trends
Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Comply with legal obligations

3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your personal information based on the following legal grounds:

Your consent
Performance of a contract
Compliance with legal obligations
Our legitimate interests, provided such interests do not override your rights

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

Service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (for example, Google Cloud)
Booking and commerce partners, when you choose to follow a booking link to their websites; information you give them is governed by their own privacy policies
Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:

Request logs for our websites, APIs, and AI assistant integrations (IP address, user agent, requested address, and time of the request): automatically deleted after 30 days.
Details sent with a request through an AI assistant integration (such as an area name, keyword, place name or video link): used to produce the response, and recorded with the request log above to fix errors and improve search results; automatically deleted after 30 days. These details are not linked to an account. We may keep aggregated statistics that do not identify anyone (for example, the number of searches and search terms that returned no results) for longer.
Account information: kept while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app at any time, and you can ask us to delete other information associated with it.
Records we are required to keep by law (for example, payment and transaction records): kept for the period required by applicable law.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information
Object to or restrict processing
Withdraw consent at any time
Request data portability
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

If you use the Service through an AI assistant, you can stop sharing information with us at any time by disconnecting or turning off the AllTheStreet plugin in that assistant's settings.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and the Republic of Korea. We take appropriate safeguards to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws. Our AI assistant integration runs on Google Cloud servers located in the Republic of Korea.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service.
